Taliah Waajid Presents the 16th Annual World Natural Hair, Health, & Beauty Show Fall 2013

Taliah Waajid Natural Hair Care Products will be presenting the 16th Annual World Natural Hair, Health, and Beauty Show on October 12-13, 2013 at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, GA.

The 16th annual event is the most influential natural hair show in the world, offering more than a plethora of complimentary services and educational workshops for consumers and professionals. With long-time sponsors III Sisters of Nature and Jamaican Mango Lime, the event hosts over 200 exhibitors that will perform free natural hair consultations and hairstyling, natural skin care, health and beauty products, custom made jewelry, exotic aromas and unique fashions. The show will also feature renowned and aspiring authors in the Book Nook, inspirational and uplifting spoken word at Da Poets Corner and a LIVE Fall Fashion Show (http://www.naturalhairshow.org/FashionShow.html), featuring some of the industry’s leading designers.

Additionally, the Taliah Waajid Seminar (http://www.naturalhairshow.org/TaliahWaajidSeminar.html), which will be held following the event from October 13-15th, teaches the four simple foundational techniques that offer a variety of styling options for transitioning hair to natural. This hands-on seminar caters to professional hair stylists looking to broaden their skills, as it offers techniques that provide an easy, effortless introduction to natural hair from stylist to client without excessive hair loss or damage.

As with every show, there is a Children’s Corner, a family-friendly “zone” for children to play and parents to be educated on maintaining their children’s natural tresses. There will also be live entertainment from musical artists, the recently crowned 2013 World’s Next Top Natural Hair Model, Pearl Fils-Aime, and Shawn Daniels, the 2013 Winner of the World’s Best Natural Hair Stylist competition.
